Senior AI Software Engineer

Position Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to build production-grade AI applications using emerging agentic AI framework. This role focuses on translating business workflows into scalable, governed software, that integrates AI agents, enterprise data, and existing platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Working directly with business teams to translate workflows into production AI applications
• Building AI-powered applications embedded directly in business workflows (document processing, analysis, decision support)
• Designing multi-step AI workflows where agents reason, take actions, call tools, and iterate toward outcomes
• Integrating AI capabilities with enterprise systems (data platforms, APIs, internal tools)
• Leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate delivery

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience building production LLM-based applications (prompting, integration, evaluation)
• Exposure to agent-based systems or multi-step AI workflows
• Understanding of human-in-the-loop and validation patterns
• Strong software development experience (Python, TypeScript, or similar)
• Experience building APIs, services, and distributed systems
• Ability to build within a centralized AI platform, leveraging shared services (identity, orchestration, logging, guardrails) rather than creating isolated solutions
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills to support credit and investment decisions is a big plus but not mandatory

Base Salary: $120-140k

Our client (privately held mid-sized firm) is seeking a mid level quantitative researcher who can:

• Direct and manage pharrmaceutical/healthcare domestic and global quantitative research projects--prior pharma experience preferred, not necessary.
• Help design research study and analytic plan; reporting; client service
• Work with teams to provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations that answer client's business questions
• Train and mentor junior staff

Candidates should have 7+ years of Quant MR experience at a Supplier/Research Agency and can work East Coast/Central hours. Must be familiar with a wide range of methods; not just tracking or concept testing, for example.

Consultancy seeks qualitative and quantitative researchers/consumer insight strategists with experience conducting pharmaceutical/healthcare custom research. Design and implement research for a wide range of pharmaceutical clients across multiple therapeutic categories. Provide consultative advice to clients, develop proposals, advise with clients, analyze primary data to gain insight into market conditions, patient/HCP behavior and make recommendations based on implications of findings.

Requirements:

2+ years of custom, pharm/healthcare research experience with a market research supplier, ad agency, corporate research or brand consultancy. Experience conducting primary research and utilizing various methodologies.

Location: NY/NJ/CT tri-state area, Nationwide and Remote

Salary: $70,000 - $115,000 plus bonus

• Analyze data and create/write effective reports that address a client’s key issues from a marketing perspective, not just a “numbers” perspective.

• Qualitative: write screeners, discussion guides, moderate, analysis, report writing.

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Market Research at a supplier/vendor, brand consultancy or corporate research department.

• Utilizing various quantitative and/or qualitative methods.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Creative and Innovative. Should be able to interpret data from different perspectives, find unique insights and recommend strategy.

• Ideal to have experience in one or more of the following categories but not a must: beauty, luxury, lifestyle brands, consumer packaged goods - food and beverage, media/entertainment, pharmaceutical/healthcare, financial services and technology.
