- Worked on customizing OIC
- Created Custom CRM Fields, Custom Entity Fields, Custom Item Fields, Custom Transaction Body Fields, and Custom Transaction Column Fields in NetSuite to manage unique business process requirements.
- Experience of working with Oracle’s Planning and Budgeting Cloud Solution
- Develop, launch, and manage KPI's, dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual level.
- Documented and enforced the best practices for different business processes of different teams to accomplish better data management within the NetSuite system.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Oracle Application Specialist is responsible for supporting cloud ERP and HCM modules. The Specialist will be responsible for guiding functional project leads with business mapping, requirements gathering and validation, data conversion, multi-phase testing, user acceptance, and training. Additionally, the Specialist is responsible for the overall support of the firm’s Oracle ERP/HCM applications—preparing specifications, work plans, and documentation for technical change management as well as for owning all application upgrades and new releases.
A. POSITION DUTIES:
- Responsible for software development and lifecycle support for Fusion ERP applications and associated third-party systems including cloud solutions.
- Central focus of this position is within the Oracle Fusion Payroll Module and HCM Security. Assisting with the resolution of complex payroll and security issues.
- Responsible for data conversions
- Responsible to create from functional requirements—Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Financial Reporting Studio (FRS) reports, and BI Publisher; creates fast formulas as required for various modules of Oracle applications. Strong report writing ability.
B. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; a combination of work/experience is acceptable.
- Advanced Excel; knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Fusion Application Development Framework (ADF), and composite web services.
- Five (5) Plus years’ work experience with Oracle HCM Cloud with responsibility within System Maintenance, Integrations, Interfaces, Application Upgrades, Enhancements, and Migrations.
- Five (5) Plus years’ of work experience with Oracle Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Payroll Modules as well as strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Security.
- Hands on experience in several Full Life Cycle implementation of Payroll product, from planning to configurations and through go-live. Supporting Payroll department with the resolution of complex system issues. Configuring various payroll setups and guiding the payroll team through the Payroll process.

DirectThe Sr HRIS Systems Analyst is responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of human resource systems activities associated with employee information, retrieval capabilities, and reports. Will work with human resources, medical center personnel, vendors, and/or internal information systems staff to design new or modify existing human resource information systems to meet changing requirements.
Job Functions:
- Assists in the development of user/business requirements, translating the needs to system technical requirements and setting up project work teams.
- Provides custom report development and may provide standard reports to clients.
- Responsible for providing reports and metrics to meet the needs of the HR Department and Medical Center
- Ability to produce reports using PeopleSoft Query, SQL and Application Engine
